Lucero The Fillmore April 9th 2023

Alt-Country quintet is scheduled for a show date at San Francisco’s The Fillmore. HEEHA!

Lucero which funny enough the band name sounds like the name of a pokemon, (I’m thinking Lucario) is a band that delves more on the country music side I guess but honestly has a lot of hard rock and ska sounds and influences. So yeah. It’s not really a country band. They are scheduled to play with The Shackletons, a band that I feel is more on the indie punk side with some southern influence. These bands aren’t bad. It’s kinda refreshing and it’s honestly good background music to skate too at the park or maybe on xbox playing skate 3.

So how bout it? It’s supposed to be at The Fillmore so they say. You know The Fillmore? Well it’s only one of the hottest places in San Francisco that has been center stage to many many many big names for like ever. I just learned that Linkin Park played there back in 2001. Don’t believe me, look it up on YouTube. Chester Beningham’s hair though man! What a time!

1805 Geary Boulevard is the spot in the city. 8PM is the time. Can you handle it? Well April 9th does land on a Sunday so that means that the show is on a Sunday night. So yeah my question may stand to reason. Most of us do have work on Monday. Doors open at 7PM. Livenation.com is not at all specifying if it is for all ages or not so let us just say that it is.

Maybe in order to save some money after spending $35 on each ticket you plan to buy, if you want just eat a hardy meal before leaving for the commute on either BART or the car.
