Metalcore is scheduled for another appearance at The Ace Of Spades
The Acacia Strain is on tour with Fit For An Autopsy and they are both big metalcore heavy weights if you didn’t know. You know me personally I never got into The Acacia Strain back in high school but Fit For An Autopsy, man much respect to their game! I remember listening to those guys on the radio online as a kid. Good musical and instrumental talent I will be honest. But I am sure both these bands very much know their craft. After all, you honestly have to be really smart, adaptive, and resilient among many other things in order to stay even slightly pertinent in underground music today. Why? Because underground genres and bands have all the black swans of talent and artistry you never thought could exist. Just saying.
Well anyway have you ever been the Ace Of Spades? That is great! Neither have I!
Well sorry but since I have never been there I am not just going to lie to you and tell you how I know what I am talking about. As a matter of fact, oftentimes these days I have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. It is quite the humbling thing to experience, let me tell ya. But I won’t. But let me tell yah about the show.
It’s metal. Metal to the Core. Oh I’m so funny. If memory serves me right I think Fit For An Autopsy is more Deathcore. Whatever, who cares at the end of the day right? Because all the same elitists and purists will call you every name in the book for liking Core-metal. Yeah pretty funny though sometimes I admit.
