Heaven by Marc Jacobs is launching a capsule collection in collaboration with Deftones and Stray Rats for spring 2023.
Deftones is a multi-platinum Grammy-award-winning band that formed in Sacramento, California in 1988. Comprised of Chino Moreno, Stephen Carpenter, Abe Cunningham, and Frank Delgado, Deftones rose to prominence in the late 90s/early 2000s and remain at the forefront of alternative music with a strong following among Gen Z fans. Their music style is often described as alternative metal, combining elements of heavy metal, post-hardcore, and shoegaze. The band’s dynamic sound, powerful lyrics, and innovative approach have earned them a devoted following and critical acclaim over the years. The collection features a range of tees, knits, denim, and accessories adorned with archival photos and original graphics, including works by long-time art director Frank Maddocks.
On March 2nd, the partnership will be announced and celebrated in NYC at a secret, unknown location, where Deftones will be performing.
