Rebecca Black is an American singer and YouTuber who gained fame in 2011 with her viral hit single “Friday.” Born in 1997 in Irvine, California, she began singing and performing at a young age. Despite the initial backlash and criticism towards her music, Rebecca continued to pursue her passion and released several more singles and EPs. In recent years, she has also expanded her career to include acting and hosting gigs. In 2021, Rebecca released her debut EP Rebecca Black Was Here which showcases her growth as an artist. Most recently, in 2023, she released her debut album Let Her Burn.
