Singer/songwriter jack of many genres Tei Shi comes to Roseville!
Tei Shi is an artist I first discovered back in the late 2010’s in a starbucks in San Francisco I think. I kinda don’t remember. Anyway I only really like one song from her and it’s called Baby. It’s off the album Crawl Space which was released in 2017 which makes sense thinking about it now ya I think it was 2017 when I first heard of her. So I guess her music was really blowing up back then! It’s very very high and well produced indie rock. Amazing song! Amazing! It’s great for skating and carving and bombing hills etc. Blast up the bass! Max the volume when you play it! You won’t be disappointed!!!! So what genres have you been listening to lately? Need a refreshing break and listen to something new? Then try Tei Shi. She will be at the Goldfield Trading Post Roseville and the show lands on a Saturday. So… Good luck getting off that day if you work a minimum wage job! Tei Shi will be opening and co performing with artist Kimbra. Never heard of her but ok. Just saying.
The venue doors will open for the show at 6 pm. Tickets are $25 plus fees and that is just the starting price. I don’t know what else to really tell you. It’s presumably an indie rock, maybe even indie pop show. I don’t know. Tei Shi’s newer album covers make me think it might resemble something more like Magdalena Bay with all that super cool y2k electronic pop music aesthetic. So anyway, are you up for it?
