In March Kayzo comes to Radius Chicago!

4/3/23 – Chicago, IL – Radius Chicago

The electronic artist Kayzo is coming to Radius Chicago on March 4th! According to Radius, Hayden Capuozzo got his start from winning a contest that got him to perform at the Escape: From Wonderland festival. Kayzo is most notable for mixing together dubstep and hardcore punk music.

Kayzo recently released his third album New Breed in June of 2022. The album shows Kayzo’s signature style. The first track “UNDERGROUND” starts off with heavy guitars. Single “THE SICKNESS” features Ghostkid and their hardcore vocals, that climax until the beat drops with headbanging synths. New Breed features the second collaboration with band OST. Kayzo collaborated with OST on the 2020 single “Liar”. For Kayzo’s third album they collaborate on “WAR”, a song about cutting ties with someone and making them your enemy: creating war.

The album ventures away from Kayzo’s typical style. “POSER” and “BOTTLE OF RAIN” feature a more pop punk sound. The songs offer a different tone from the rest of the album that breaks up the pacing really well. New Breed is fun, diverse, angry and easy to dance to.

Supporting Kayzo is Joyryde, Samplifire, and Automhate. Jon Ford goes by Joyryde; an English DJ that creates electronic dance tracks with influence from the dubstep and trap genres. Samplifire is French producer that takes dubstep beats and mixes them with unique references. Automhate is a 21 year old Italian electronic artist. They recently released two songs: “Ride Joy Anthem” and “Absolute Noir”. Both songs combine an ambient introduction and base with heavy dubstep influence.
