Experimental hip-hop group Death Grips just announced a North American tour and dates were just recently dropped. They are coming to New York next September for two nights at Brooklyn Steel.
Death Grips currently consists of Stefan Burnett, also known as MC Ride (vocals, lyrics), Zach Hill (drums, production, lyrics), and Andy Morin (keyboards, production, lyrics). They formed in 2010, in Sacramento, California. Since the release of their debut album The Money Store, the group has been consistently, critically acclaimed for pushing the boundaries with their hard-to-categorize sound. The group hasn’t released a new album since 2018, and they haven’t performed live since before the pandemic, so fans are incredibly excited to get the opportunity to see them live.
Both nights sold out at face value on the AXS site but tickets are still available on TickPick.com, with tickets for either night going for around $120-$125 at the minimum for a GA ticket. Buy them now before the prices increase!
