Start off 2023 in the best way: with a performance by Cass McCombs in January. See him shine at Chicago’s Thalia Hall. He and his band plan to play live on Jan. 18 of the new year, with a show presented by CHIRP Radio.
McCombs and his band are ready to rock out in the Windy City. They’ll likely perform pieces from McCombs’ most recent album, Heartmind. The 8-track LP came out in August of 2022. Additionally, McCombs produced two singles with Weak Signal, titled “Vacation From Thought” and “Give it Back.” Both singles dropped in the fall of 2022.
In the ‘90s, the folk rock artist was in numerous bands before launching a solo career. Since the early 2000s, McCombs has been releasing studio albums, including hits like Mangy Love in 2016, Humor Risk in 2011, Catacombs in 2009 and sophomore studio album PERFection in 2005. The singer, songwriter and guitarist is often known for his well-developed song lyrics.
