Metal heads trash and destroy the Aces Of Spades, what else is new?
So don’t get these guys confused with Motorhead which is known for the famous song Ace Of Spades and the man who sings it; Lemmy (press F). This is Machine Head; a melodic O’s heavy sounding contemporary radio metal group. You want to know how they were formed? Well a bunch of the whitest kids from Oakland just decided to grow out their hair and make a hair metal band and you know what? That didn’t work out so they became a melodic wanna be death metal band with a Metallica heavy influence. Ha fooled ya! Look I don’t know nor care how they came about. All I know is that they are here and here to stay and we all just have to tolerate them. This is my stand up routine by the way so stop being so mad at me for hating on your band. Shut up, you’re like fifteen. Anyway, if you like Trivium, Three Days Grace, and (yes) Nickelback you will love this band. I would say the best way to describe all these bands and some up Machine Head’s sound is…. Dog food metal. Ok ok chill it’s just a joke. A funny one. I don’t know, I just really love a good metal band that has little to no success at all. They tend to be way better. But then again I adore Animals As Leaders and Cattle Decapitation… Whatever, anyway, look man, it’s a metal concert. It’s going to be fun no matter who’s going to play just as long as the tuning is below A standard. You know what, I don’t think Machine Head even plays below Drop D (LAUGHS OUT LOUD) just joking….. Whatever, it’s cool man. It’s not like Machine Head is a Hot Topic teeny bopper band or something. So they are cool in my book. Honestly though a really good band I LOVE that we all as metalheads can agree on and that can easily be compared to these guys is none other than Killswitch Engage. Now that band is dope! So when you show up to the show, just pretend it’s Killswitch playing on stage the whole time. Things will be a lot easier LAUGH OUT LOUD just kidding just kidding!
