Cattle Decapitation is known for their fierce yet very melodic take on death metal which has definitely helped contribute to the major longevity to the genre I think! If you forgot which I know you didn’t Amon Amarth is a viking death metal band from Sweden. Also true legends in their own right! This whole tour line up is nothing but old skool legends! I’m talking about an all out death metal cast of amazing well regarded and revered groups! Carcass and Obituary will also open for Amon Amarth! Wow this will be brutal! Please bring water and help any skinny scrawny kid get back up from being knocked over in the mosh pit! Seriously do not want anyone hurt when they should be having fun and burning calories!
Cattle Decapitation’s sound is like if PETA had a melodic death metal band as a propaganda piece for judgment and doom on a cataclysmic and global scale due to human waste pollution global warming blah blah blah fake news I don’t care and neither do you! You just love melodic death metal and this band is AMAZING! The only message that does get across is that the grooves, slams, and solos are brutal and hit hard! It makes you bang your head in the air! Laugh out loud!
