Lewis Capaldi at Aragon Ballroom on Apr. 19

Singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi will make his way to the Windy City in spring of 2023. See his performance on Apr. 19 at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom. The tour supports his latest album, set to drop one month after his Chicago concert.

Next year, the world will see a lot of Lewis Capaldi, as 2023 marks both his upcoming world tour and sophomore studio album. The Scottish artist will start the European leg of his tour in January and travel overseas to North America in March. He plans to drop Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent on May 19, 2023. Though the LP comes out after Capaldi’s April concert in Chicago, fans can get to know the first-released single of Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, titled “Forget Me.” Capaldi published “Forget Me” in September of 2022, followed by a “Piano Acoustic” version. Fans can surely expect more singles to drop before the official premiere of Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent.

Lewis Capaldi debuted his first studio album, a 12-track LP titled Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, in May of 2019. Pre-released singles make up half of the album, including “Bruises,” “Lost On You,” “Someone You Loved,” “Grace,” “Fade” and “Hold Me While You Wait.” Later, the singer produced Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent (Extended Edition) with added tracks “Before You Go,” “Leaving My Love Behind” and “Let It Roll.” Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent earned him a Grammy nomination, specifically for hit single “Someone You Loved,” up for Song Of The Year in 2019.
