English rockers Placebo have rescheduled and expanded the itinerary of their North American tour. Following the success of their eighth studio album, Never Let Me Go, the duo is all set to kick off their trek on April 17 in Mexico City next year. These will be their first shows in North America in nine years.
Placebo is the brainchild of the London-based pair of Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal. The group has sold over 13 million copies, filled stadiums from Moscow to Sydney, won numerous awards including a 1999 Brit Award and pushed the boundaries of gender and sexuality.
There’s no saying when they will be performing on this side of the world again, so the upcoming dates aren’t to be taken lightly. The full schedule is as follows:
