House of Blues will host Smallpools for the Chicago stop of their Cameras & Coastlines tour. As co-headliners, DREAMERS join them for the trek with supporting act Young Rising Sons. The three groups will play at the Chicago show on Nov. 15.
Smallpools recently concluded the first half of their tour alongside folk rock band Judah & The Lion. After a brief break, Smallpools is set to continue their tour with DREAMERS and Young Rising Sons in November. The tour name is inspired by the 2022 single by Smallpools titled “Cameras & Coastlines.” DREAMERS released single “Robbery” that same year, while Young Rising Sons produced their longest album to date, Still Point In A Turning World, including a deluxe version with 19 tracks.
All formed in the early 2010s, Smallpools, DREAMERS and Young Rising Sons have each provided their takes on indie pop throughout their careers. Young Rising Sons emerged in 2010, with Smallpools in 2013 and DREAMERS one year later. Smallpools’ first release was a self-titled EP in 2013, two year before they produced debut studio album Lovetap! Similarly, Young Rising Sons’ earliest recording was also a self-titled EP, as was DREAMERS’ first release, both in 2014. DREAMERS published their debut LP This Album Does Not Exist in 2016.
