This month, indie musicians Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen, and Julien Baker are coming to Rumsey Playfield on August 21st with special guest Spencer.
Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen, and Julien Baker are female indie rock musicians who are popular in the indie music scene. They are coming together for SummerStage, a Central Park music event. Sharon Van Etten has released 6 studio albums and her latest album, “We’ve Been Going About This All Wrong” was released this year. Angel Olsen released her first EP in 2011 and has won 2 Libera Awards. Julien Baker began her career while still in university, and released her album “Sprained Ankle” in 2015 to which she achieved critical success. These three women are indie music powerhouses and will be performing together for one unforgettable night.
