Swedish Indie-Rock band The Sounds will be performing at the Bowery Ballroom on Tuesday, September 14th. Tickets to this 18+ show cost $30.00, and the show will run from 7:00PM-11:00PM.
The Sounds formed in 1998 in Helsingborg, Sweden. Their debut album, Living in America, released in 2002, earned them several awards, and established the band internationally. The Sounds toured with early 2000s cult-classic Warped Tour in 2004 and 2006, and have toured with the Foo Fighters, the Strokes, and Panic at the Disco. Their latest album, Things We Do For Love, was released in 2020 and has a slightly more electronic sound than their previous releases, however it maintains the energetic rock sound that fans are used to.
