D’Angelo and Rhiannon Giddens, Red Dead Redemption 2 Soundtrack artists, will join Original Soundtrack producer Daniel Lanois for The Songs of Red Dead Redemption 2 concert on Thursday, June 10th. Presented by the Tribeca festival, the show will take place in Manhattan at The Battery, and is scheduled to begin at 8:30pm. Tickets are currently sold out on the Tribecca Festival’s website.
This show marks the first live show in New York City to showcase tracks from the Red Dead Redemption Two Soundtrack, along with the first time ever that American soul and R&B artist, D’Angelo will join Lanois and Giddens together to perform these unforgettable songs live.
D’Angelo has been releasing music to widespread acclaim since 1995. His song “Unshaken”, which he recorded for the Red Dead Redemption 2 Soundtrack, is his first release since his 2014 album Black Messiah.
Rhiannon Giddens is another artist whose most recent work is showcased on the soundtrack. Her multi-instrumental talents are sure to be on display at the concert, where attendees will hear her folksy, ethereal contributions to the soundtrack.
