Folk Rock Band Lord Huron Will perform @ Pier 17 on 9/16 & 9/17

Lord Huron will be performing at New York’s Pier 17 on Thursday September 16th and Friday September 17th. Doors open at 5:30pm, with the show scheduled to start at 7:30pm. The show is general admission only, and tickets are $56.00.

The American indie folk band formed in Los Angeles and released their first album in 2012. The single “The Night We Met”, from their sophomore album, has been certified multi-platinum and was re-recorded in 2018 with Phoebe Bridgers for the 13 Reasons Why Soundtrack. Lord Huron has built a loyal following of fans, and their last two albums have peaked at number one on Billboard’s Folk charts.

The 2020 tour will be in support of Lord Hurons latest album, Long Lost, which was released on May 21st. The three singles from the album, “Not Dead Yet”, “Mine Forever”, and “Long Lost” prepare fans for an album that is pensive and enigmatic, but which stays true to the bands indie folk roots. The single “Not Dead Yet” is the band’s first time hitting number one on the Billboard alternative charts, and the album debuted at number one on the Billboard folk chart.

The show is sure to be unforgettable — located on a rooftop venue that overlooks the East River — if you’re a Lord Huron fan, this is a show you don’t want to miss.
