A mass shooting has occurred outside of Miami, in Hialeah, Florida. The shooting happened at the parking lot of El Mula Banquet Hall which was hosting a live rap event on May 30, 2021. Two people have been shot dead whilst 22 more are wounded, as reported by Pitchfork.
According to eyewitness accounts, three individuals stepped out of a white Nissan Pathfinder with guns and began to shoot the crowd indiscriminately. The crowd had gathered outside of El Mula Banquet Hall for the concert.
This has been one of the largest incidents of mass shootings in the Miami-Dade County area.
Gun violence is an epidemic in America, every day in America there is a mass shooting. The day before this shooting happened, in San Antonio, Texas there was a mass shooting where 2 victims also died.

May 26, 2021; San Jose, California suffered a mass shooting in their community, losing 10 victims to gun violence.
May 25, 2021; Chicago, Illnois; 4 wounded.
The list goes on.
Police are investigating the incident in the Hialeah area.
