See a ‘Private Show’ When You Catch Black Marble at Great American Music Hall on 11/27

Black Marble is a popular American music project that was first formed by electronic music artist Chris Stewart and formerly Ty Kube and originated in the rich city of Brooklyn, New York. The duo first debuted with their release of the EP, The Weight Against the Door, a project that combined trance-like echoes and reverb to create tracks that matched the feature baritone voice well. As the years passed by though, and Black Marble began releasing projects like It’s Immaterial and Bigger than Life, warmth and light began to seep through to the music. What had begun as a passion project on a laptop soon became a real career path, sparking Stewart’s move to Los Angeles, the environment of which began to influence Black Marble’s projects as time progressed.

Most recently, Black Marble released a project in August 2020 called I Must Be Living Twice, a collection of fan favorites that the band performed at live concerts. Most importantly, however, is the fact that Black Marble is coming soon to the Bay Area to perform at Great American Music Hall on November 27th. Be sure to catch the band there and continue to follow MXDWN for all your music updates.
