‘Let Her Go’ See Passenger at The Fillmore on 11/15

Michael David Rosenberg, better known as Passenger, is a revered English singer-songwriter who was previously lead vocalist of a band of the same name. After the band dissolved in 2009, Passenger opted to keep the former name as his stage name for his solo career, keeping alive the reputation and fanbase that had been cultivated in the past years. Born and raised in England, Passenger found his love for music at a young age, learning the classical guitar early on and beginning songwriting at fourteen. After the dissolvement of the failed band of the same name, Passenger began pursuing a solo musical career, even performing at One Movement, a very popular Australian music festival that garnered Passenger a huge following in the nation. Soon he was selling out 500-person seater venues and releasing studio albums to success. However, it was Passenger’s “Let Her Go” that achieved international fame and topped charts in countries all around the world.

Most recently, Passenger released a surprise album titled Patchwork in July 2020 during the quarantine period after tour dates for the tour he had announced earlier that year were pushed back. However, Passenger will decidedly be coming to the Bay Area to perform for his Bay Area fans on November 15th at San Francisco’s The Fillmore. This event is surely not one to be missed so be sure to catch Passenger and continue to follow MXDWN for all your music updates.
