Based in Montreal, TOPS is a Canadian rock band composed of Jane Penny, David Carriere, Riley Fleck, and Marta Cikojevic. The collective first formed in 2011 after the disbandment of the synth-pop group Silly Kissers, of which Jane Penny, David Carriere, and Thom Gillies were members. Their most recent album, I Feel Alive, was produced by Penny and Carriere and released on TOPS’ newly-created label, Musique TOPS.
