Watch Nelly Get ‘Hot in Herre’ at the Fox Theater on 12/18

Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., better known as Nelly, is an American renaissance man. Known best as a rapper, the singer-songwriter is also an entrepreneur, investor, and actor as well. Originally hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Nelly began pursuing music from a young age, even forming a rap group called St. Lunatics with several friends from high school. Although they experienced moderate success, a major record deal failed to materialize, and Nelly eventually began to pursue a solo career. In 2000, Nelly released his debut album, Country Grammar, which immediately became a success and debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and eventually went on to reach the number one position. Since then, Nelly has released multiple hit-producing albums, won Grammy Awards, acted in films, produced two clothing lines, and became the fourth best-selling rap artist in American music history.

Since the 2000s, Nelly has starred in his own reality TV show and released one single. Nelly is rumored to also have an eighth studio album in the works. However, on December 18th, Nelly will come to the Bay Area to perform at the Fox Theater for his Bay Area fans. Here, fans old and new will finally see the iconic Nelly live and get ‘Hot in Herre’. This event is not one to be missed. So be sure to catch Nelly at the Fox Theater on December 18th, and continue to follow Mxdwn for all your music updates.
