Known for their film scoring of popular movies, Outsiders, The Divide and The Case Against Syed, duo Dhani Harrison & Paul Hicks have announced their scoring of the upcoming crime drama, Cut Throat City. The film is set to release later this year.
The upcoming film is directed by RZA, best known for his work in The Man with the Iron Fists, and featured Shameik Moore, Tip Harris, Wesley Snipes and Terrence Howard in the lead roles. The film was originally set to release on Apr. 10, 2020, but is now pushed back due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Harrison debuted his solo album, IN//PARALLEL, in 2017. The album featured 10 original songs and featured two different artists.
Following the release of his album, Harrison debuted his new song, “Motorways (Erase It),” in July. The song has a psychedelic undertone as he drew inspiration from his experiences being stuck in traffic on the M4 motorway, as he travels to London.
