The New Regime Announces New Album Heart Mind Body & Soul Comprised of Four Separately-Released EPs for March 2020 Release

Ilan Rubin, past drummer for Nine Inch Nails and Paramore, is releasing his new EP, Body, through his solo project, The New Regime, on Jan. 24. Body is the third EP in a four-part series, which will conclude in the full album, Heart Mind Body & Soul, which is set for a March 2020 release date.

Rubin recently released the first part of his album, Heart, on Sept. 6, 2019. Along with the release of the first part, Rubin dropped his single, “A Way To Feel Again.” Rubin also released the second part of his album, Mind, on Nov. 22.

The second part of his album, Mind, has quickly gained popularity on social media, as Rubin was promoting the release on a daily basis on his personal twitter account, as well as The New Regime account. Rubin released his song “Do Right By Me” on Nov. 8, to promote Mind.
With the upcoming release of his third part, Rubin dropped his single and music video for the song “Heart Mind Body & Soul,”, the title track to the entire album. Simultaneous with the release, he announced The New Regime will be supporting American alternative rock band, Silversun Pickups, for their tour in March.

The New Regime is also set to play in May 2020 at the Shaky Knees festival, alongside The Smashing Pumpkins, The Strokes, The Black Keys and many more. Currently, there is no definitive release date for the fourth part of the album, and the complete album release date for March 2020.
