The INmusic Festival in Zagreb, Croatia has announced partial list of performers for the 2020 edition of its music festival, including alternative rock band The Killers, indie singer-songwriter Beck and alternative metal band The Deftones. The Killers are confirmed as the headliners for the festival, while other performers are expected to join th lineup in the future.
This festival takes place on the Isle of Youth, a small island in the middle of Zagreb’s Lake Jarun, where it has been held every year since its inception in 2006. This massive three day festival is Croatia’s largest open air music festival, and has hosted the likes of Arcade Fire, PJ Harvey, Of Monsters and Men. New Order and The Arctic Monkeys in the past. Next year’s edition will take place from June 22nd until June 24th.
The Killers formed in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001 and are known for their multiple hits such as “Mr. Brightside,” “All These Things That I’ve Done,” “When You Were Young,” Human,” “Smile Like You Mean It,” and “Spaceman.” They will also be performing next year at Bilbao BBK Live, alongside the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Pet Shop Boys, Caribou, Four Tet, Yves Tumor, Kelly Lee Owens, the Rapture, and Slowthai.
The Deftones teased new music for next year back in November. The bands most recent album release titled Gore came out back in 2016.
Beck released Hyperspace, earlier this year as well. This latest project had seven tracks produced by legendary singer and Neptunes producer Pharrell Williams.
