Reel Big Fish Announce North American 2020 Tour Dates Featuring Big D and the Kids Table and Keep Flying

Ska punk band Reel Big Fish have announced a set of 2020 North American tour dates, featuring support from Big D and the Kids Table and Keep Flying. This tour will kick off at Victory North, in Savannah, Georgia on February 26th, and will finish up at the Upstate Concert Hall, in Clifton Park New York.

The band recently wrapped up a set of summer 2019 tour dates with The Aquabats and Dog Party earlier this year. This tour saw the band perform across the Northeast and Midwest United States, starting off in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and ultimately wrapping up in Calgary, Canada.

Reel Big Fish came up during the third-wave ska punk revival of the late 1990s, launching into mainstream success with their 1996 hit “Sell Out.” While their mainstream success the band’s popularity began to wane, their style of music began to develop a sizeable cult following. In 2006, the band were no longer part of a major record label, and eventually the band’s  front man Aaron Barrett became the only consistent member of the group, however the band has released a slew of records since going independent. Their most recent studip album release, Life Sucks… Let’s Dance! dropped this year.

“Their latest effort doesn’t disappoint, giving hope and leading the charge into the inevitable fourth wave of Ska,” mxdwn reviewer Ben Chambers explained. “Although the group has gone through many band member changes, lead singer and guitarist Aaron Barrett’s continued presence gives the group a consistency that has led them down a good path.”
