BABYMETAL has unveiled their new music video for their song “Da Da Dancefeaturing Tak Matsumoto from their album Metal Galaxy, which was released in October. It also serves as the fourth single from the album, following “PA PA YA!!”, “Shanti Shanti Shanti,” “Starlight” and “Elevator Girl.” The new video showcases the trio performing their hit song with stunning visuals displayed in the background. See the spectacle below.

As a three member group, the band originally formed in 2010, releasing their self-titled debut record in 2014.  Since its release, they released their sophomore effort Metal Resistance in 2016. Metal Resistance was the first Japanese album to chart in the Billboard Top 40 in over 50 years,  reaching #39 in its first week. Last year, former member YUIMETAL announced her departure from the group. Real name Yui Mizuno, she released a statement in light of her departure, saying “As BABYMETAL, I am thankful for having a lot of valuable experience. It was days I feel blessed. It was a live, fun and happy time that everyone laughed and became one. I will also strive hard to see you again someday as Mizuno Yuji. Thank you very much for 8 years.”

With the release of Metal Galaxy, it made history by becoming the first album from an Asian act to top Billboard Rock Charts this year.
