IHeartRadio ALTer EGO will return to The Forum in Los Angeles, CA on January 18th, 2020 for its third edition, during which a diverse lineup of experimental artists will perform at the one-day alternative rock concert. Lineup highlights are: Billie Eilish, The Lumineers, Coldplay and Rex Orange County.
Entering its third year, iHeartRadio ALTer EGO promises a more stunning lineup, featuring one of the biggest pop stars in 2019, Billie Eilish, as well as The Black Keys, The Lumineers, Blink-182, Rex Orange County, Shaed and more. British quartet Coldplay confirmed their headlining appearance at the sold-out event in an exclusive interview with iHeart Radio on Wednesday. Presented by Capital One and supported by the attention-grabbing stardom, iHeartRadio ALTer EGO 2020 is expected to light up the night with alternative and rock music in the first month of 2020.

Scrolling through the lineup of iHeartRadio ALTer EGO 2020, it’s easy to see that most headliners shared their music big in 2019. The Lumineers released their third album III this September. In support of the new album, the Grammy-nominated folk-rock band will hit the road for an expansive 2020 North American tour, including two gigs at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on February 13-14, 2020. Rex Orange County’s third full-length album Pony arrived in October, which showcased the 21-year-old singer-songwriter’s distinctive flair in indie-pop. After 4-year hiatus, Coldplay returned to the music with a more sophisticated album Everyday Life on November 22. While fans are waiting for an album tour in 2020, frontman Chris Martin declared Coldplay won’t tour for the new album because of their environmental concerns. Chart-topping new artist Billie Eilish shared a directorial-debut music video for her song “Xanny” yesterday, you can check it out HERE.
