mxdwn PREMIERE: Nowhere Nation Release Animated Video for Rock Anthem “Hell From Heaven”

Conceptual rock band Nowhere Nation have been running a series of animated visuals to accompany their searing rock anthems and we’re premiering the final installment, “Hell From Heaven.” It’s everything that makes an alternative rock song great – a steady tribal drum beat, a moody guitar riff and a bass guitar high in the mix, all building into an adrenaline-pumping chorus. The vocals guide the action in the chorus, showing off the pop sensibilities of Nowhere Nation mastermind Arthur Blume.

The band recently released a concept album called Omicron, which was produced by Doug Rockwell. The story revolves around a corrupt secret government agency, with each of the songs dovetailing together to tell a story of people who work for the agency.

The four songs released with visualizers have featured artwork by the artist who’s created most of KMFDM’s iconic album covers, Aidan Hughes. Nowhere Nation previously released the songs “Omicron,” “See Inside Your Mind” and “Rubaiyat (Sky On Fire).” The title track features a steady beat that verges on being sounding like an electro track, while “See Inside Your Mind” is a soaring rock anthem with piercing guitar leads. “Rubaiyat (Sky On Fire)” has a bit of a Panic! At The Disco sound with the cinematic vocals and intricate instrumental arrangements.
