Archers of Loaf Announce Spring 2020 Tour Dates

90’s band Archer’s of Loaf are back, and they are ready for action. After 20 years and four albums the band has made a decision to start touring again. The all-male band hails from a little town in North Carolina. When they started producing indie rock music in 1991, they were loved for their clever lyrics and punk rock values. It is clear that Archer’s of Loaf have a very unique style lyrically as well as musically. They came onto the music scene the same way as Pavement, Sonic Youth, and Pixies did. They played small local shows and eventually started touring. They will begin their tour in early 2020, in their home state and slowly meander the East Coast.

The announcement of their tour has been associated with a forty four second teaser video that came out earlier this morning. “The Return of the Loaf,” addresses small clips from shows that Archers of Loaf have played previously. The energy within the video compiles how their East Coast tour is bound to be a good time. The video features a repetitive sound and flashes of memories that make the onlooker want to join in on the fun.

UPDATE (1/7): Archers of Loaf have expanded their 2020 tour. They’ll now play a series of dates in April 2020 along the East Coast.

Amber Flynn: Nothing beats writing. I'm from the town of Thousand Oaks, fighting for my dream. Traveling the world, and living in tough situations broadened the horizon for my thinking. I started my education after public high school at an Adult School. I wanted to receive my certificate in Physical Therapy. Eventually, I received my certificate and it motivated me to want to help more that just an individual. Continuing my education at Moorpark College, opened my eyes to the possibility of a career in Literary Arts. After receiving my Associates Degree in English, I sent out applications to many colleges. After being accepted to ALL of the colleges I applied to, I had to make a decision. I am now a student at Loyola Marymount University, and I also work part time at a Law Firm editing legal documents.
