G. Love Announces New Album The Juice for January 2020 Release

Hip hop artist G. Love has announced a new album entitled The Juice, which will be released on  January 17 on the Philadelphonic/Thirty Tigers record labels. The project was co-produced and co-written with four time Grammy award-winner Keb’ Mo’and features several special guests including Robert Randolph, Marcus King and Roosevelt Collier.

G. Love has also premiered a new track entitled “Go Crazy,” which hosts a feature appearance from Keb’ Mo.” This new track features a blend of blues, and hip hop, giving the track a somewhat psychedelic feel, which match the eclectic visuals that appear in the music video. The video is entirely animated, and shows the two performers in Looney Tunes on acid feel, with bright colors and psychedelic imagery.

G. Love is an artist known for blending elements of blues, jazz, rock, funk, soul and hip hop. Using these influences, the artist strives to leave a positive mark.

“I’ve always tried to make music that’s a force for positivity,” G. Love explained in a press release. “It was important to me that this album be something that could empower the folks who are out there fighting the good fight every day. I wanted to make a rallying cry for empathy and unity.”
