Starcrawler Slow Things Down on New Country-Tinged Single “No More Pennies”

Los Angeles rock band Starcrawler are gearing up for their excellent and hotly-anticipated sophomore album Devour You in October. Today, the band has shared yet another single from the album called “No More Pennies.” This time the band takes a slower pace than on the previous tracks from the album, blending country influences with classic indie rock a la Dinosaur Jr.

Devour You is the second album in as many years for Starcrawler. They released their self-titled debut back in 2018, showcasing an innate ability to blend Southern California punk with more classic hard rock influences for sound that’s equally timeless as it is unique. Previous singles from Devour You include the riff-fest “Bet My Brains” and “Hollywood Ending.”
