Cate Le Bon and Bradford Cox Announce New EP Myths 004 for November 2019 Release and Share New Song “Secretary”

Cate Le Bon and Bradford Cox have officially announced a release date for their collaborative EP. Titled Myths 004, it was recorded as a part of the Marfa Myths festival when the two were artists in residency. The album will be released on November 1, 2019 through Mexican Summer. In addition to announcing a release date for the EP, the duo has shared a new song called “Secretary.”

The album was written and recorded quickly, coming together in just a week’s time. Stella Mozgawa of Warpaint, Stephen Black of Sweet Baboo, Tim Presley of White Fence, and Samur Khouja also contributed to the album.

Previous acts to collaborate together on Marfa Myths EPs include Dev Hynes and Connan Mockasin, Ariel Pink and Weyes Blood, and Dungen and Woods. Le Bon produced Deerhunter’s latest album, Why Hasn’t Everything Already Disappeared?
