Levitation Room Announces Fall 2019 Tour Dates and New Album Headspace for October 2019 Release

East Los Angeles natives have managed to do something that’s not all that common in modern alternative music: create a sound that’s simultaneously familiar and completely different from anything out there. Take some elements from psych bands like Allah Las and White Fence and mix it with touches of Latin roots and soul that recalls groups like Antibalas and you’ve got Levitation Room. That formula is perfected on their latest single, “Mr. Polydactyl Cat,” which was released last month.

Today, we’re excited to announce the band’s newest album Headspace, which will be released on October 4, 2019. The album will be released on Greenway Records and follows their 2016 debut Ethos, which was released on Burger Records. Preorder the album at Greenway Records site. In addition to the new album, Levitation Room has also announced run of tour dates along with Australian psych-rockers Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, who recently released their album Whatchamacallit in May of this year.
