elbow has revealed details on their new album Giants Of All Sizes, set for an October 11 release. It will serve as the band’s eighth studio album and follows their 2017 release Little Fictions. The new album will feature nine tracks and include collaborations with The Plumedores and newcomer Chilli Chilton. See the full tracklist below. The band has since released its 7-minute lead single ‘Dexter & Sinister,’ featuring singer-songwriter Jessica Hoop.

Frontman Guy Garvey sat down with NME to discuss the upcoming record, noting it will be different compared to their previous work. “A lot about this record is different. We started recording in a new city, in Hamburg, we changed the way we worked and we all decided from the off to let the songs take the lead, without compromising the vision of each tune.” He continues to say “At times, it’s a bleak record, but it has a huge, if bruised, heart. It was a pleasure to make and we are all immensely proud of it.” It was recorded in Brixton, Vancouver, the band’s own Blueprint Studios in Salford and each member’s own home studios.
