Vampire Weekend is holding onto the good times as they pass by in their newly released “This Life” music video. The New York City-based rock band released the video for the third single they released off of their latest album Father Of The Bride. The video follows the band as they hitch a ride through the Southern California desert from a stranger named Wade, who begins the video with his introduction

. The trip through the desert leads the band members to a celebration at a Passover Seder hosted by Jewish producer Mark Ronson. This visual seamlessly flows in with the summer feels that is set by the guitars and background handclaps. Father of the Bride serves as the band’s fourth LP and is the first project that they released since the 2013 release of Modern Vampires of the City. Vampire Weekend is gearing up to perform one more show in the U.K. tomorrow in Middlesbrough and will begin their North American tour with a sold-out show in Toronto on June 5th.

Kalen Murphy: I was raised across the world so I cannot be grounded to a genre knowing that music is the universal language that makes us move as one. Sometimes I'm Tyler, The Creator with a hint of Donald Glover, other days I can be Tame Impala with a splash of Sylvan Esso. If you're someone that can see colors while listening to a song like me, cheers because we're the last of a dying breed.
