Julia Holter Announces Summer 2019 Tour Dates

Singer Julia Holter has announced a summer tour to support her recently released album, Aviary. As of now, Holter has tour dates lined up from May through August, keeping her incredibly busy over the coming months. The tour will take Holter across both Europe and Norht America, performing in major cities such as London, Paris and Chicago. Aviary was Julia’s fifth studio album and showed the singer progressing musically like never before. The album was put out by Domino publishing last October, and since then Holter has spent her time promoting the project.

Aviary is an incredibly packed album, featuring 90 minutes of music. The project was preceded by two singles; songs titled “I Shall Love 2” and “Words I Heard.” Both of these tracks showcased Holter’s unique musical stylings and garnered attention from critics and fans alike. Since the album release, Holter has also released a remix to the track “Les Jeux To You.” The remix was released this February and was accompanied by a music video directed by Geneva Jacuzzi. The video depicts Holter and friends in black and white doing a variety of things in the desert, ultimately culminating in the creation of an art installation by the end of the video. A link to the music video can be found below, along with the full list of upcoming tour dates for Holter’s summer tour.
