mxdwn PREMIERE: Stream The Cringe’s Hard-Rocking New Album Everywhere You’ve Never Been In Full

The Cringe is a rock band based in New York City that carries on the classic rock tradition with a modern twist. Today they release their sixth studio album Everywhere You’ve Never Been, and we have the exclusive full album stream here. While the album continues in the rock vein of their previous releases, it takes on a few new and exciting sounds from the band.

Everywhere You’ve Never Been,” our sixth album and our second working with producer Don Gilmore, is our strongest and most ambitious album to date,” said John Cusimano. “While not a concept album, there is an underlying theme among the album’s 13 tracks — each song evokes a city or a place we have traveled to and/or played shows. We are also proud of the songwriting and the sounds we got in the studio — loud guitars & big drums — a ROCK record!”

Near the midpoint of the album is the song “Smoke ‘Em If You’ve Got ‘Em,” a slow-burn of a ballad that they wrote alongside Austin, TX-area musical legend Bob Schneider, who also makes a guest appearance on the song. The first single from the album is “I Can’t Take It Anymore,” and today they’re releasing the video for the track. Check it out below:

In addition to lead singer Cusimano, The Cringe’s other members are James Rotondi, Jonny Blaze and Shawn Pelton. Right now they’re on tour with legendary hard-rock act Tesla, after playing shows with Alice Cooper and Mötley Crüe.
