Outside Lands Announces 2019 Lineup Including Childish Gambino, Paul Simon and The Lumineers

Outside Lands has announced their lineup for 2019 and is jam-packed with artists from various genres. The headliners do include Childish Gambino, Twenty-One Pilots, and the legendary Paul Simon, making it a unique headliner trio of  US music festivals this year. Also set to perform are The Lumineers, Blink-182, Anderson Paak, and The Free Nationals, Hozier, Kacey Musgraves, and Flying Lotus. See the rest of the lineup below. It will take place August 9-11 at the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA, with passes going on sale Thursday, March 28 at 10 AM PST. They can be purchased here.

Paul Simon was announced as a festival headliner last week and while he previously announced his retirement with a farewell tour last year, Simon is shortly coming out of retirement for a good cause. He is an avid supporter of environmental protection and ecology, which Outside Lands also supports. Simon will donate his earnings from his performance to local environmental non-profit organization(s).

Fellow festival headliner Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, will be making his festival circuit run this year with headlining sets at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and Montreal’s Osheaga music festival, alongside Tame Impala, The Chemical Brothers, Interpol, City & Colour, and Logic, taking place a week before Outside Lands.
