The electronic duo Gorgon City released a brand new track titled “Delicious.” The new single showcases the pair’s deeper side.
“Delicious” launched on their Realm imprint in partnership with Astralwerks. The release of the new song precedes Gorgon City’s Miami Music Week trip. While the duo continues to amass widespread acclaim from all aspects of the industry, “Delicious,” a club-ready record, looks to take the same successful path as previous Realm releases did with tracks including “Lickshot,” “Grooves on the Vinyl,” “Motorola,” and “Primal Call.” The Realm back-catalogue received previous support from people like Adam Beyer, Richy Ahmed, John Digweed, Claptone, The Black Madonna, CamelPhat and Nicole Moudaber.
Gorgon City, fresh off of their 2018 North American tour supporting their album Escape, will come back to the United States in the spring with highly anticipated live sets at Coachella on Friday, April 2 and Friday, April 19. They first played their live show at the festival in 2015, which solidified the duo’s status as a “must-see” act and credited them for taking live performance elements of electronic music to new levels. In addition to Coachella, they will perform at Hangout Music Festival in Alabama on May 19, Michigan’s Electric Forest festival on June 28 and a newly announced 2019 residency at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas. Gorgon City is well recognized for their 2014 single “Ready For Your Love,” but “Delicious” might just top it in the coming weeks.
