The Black Keys Announce Fall 2019 Let’s Rock Tour Dates with Modest Mouse and Shannon and The Clams

Just last week, The Black Keys released a new track entitled “Lo/Hi,” the first release of new music in five years. Now, the band has confirmed an extensive, thirty-one date North America tour called “Let’s Rock.”

The “Let’s Rock” tour will hit major cities like Chicago, Nashville, Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, Austin and many more. The rock band duo will be accompanied by special guests, such as Modest Mouse serving as support on all tour dates, Shannon & The Clams, *repeat repeat and Jessy Wilson on select shows.

The tour will start at the end of September, headlining the 2019 Life is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas on September 21. The tour will then bleed into the first half of October. From there, the tour will take a twenty-one-day break until returning to Sunrise, FL on November 5th. The tour will end on November 24th, just before Thanksgiving this year.

Michael Izquierdo: I'm a third-year student at The New School studying Journalism & Design in order to tell stories that are often misrepresented or unreported on. I want to take my writing and report on stories within the LGBTQ+ and Latinx community. In terms of music, play me a smooth jazz tune, an upbeat pop song, or an unheard indie artist and I'm sure I'll become infatuated by the music. I am always here to share someone else's story, to uplift a voice in any community.
