Nick Murphy Continues To Evolve in Soulful New Video for “Sanity”

Nick Murphy has released a new video for his single “Sanity,” off of his forthcoming album Run Fast Sleep Naked. The video features live footage from his fall 2017 European tour, and was directed by Oscar Zabala.

Run Fast Sleep Naked is Murphy’s first full length release since his widely praised 2014 debut Built on Glass (released as Chet Faker) and was co-produced with Dave Harrington. Soulful lead single “Sanity” was written at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La studio and brings bright piano melodies, off-kilter beats, and radiant synth lines to his unflinchingly self-aware lyrics.

This video comes in addition to the official video for the song, which can be viewed below.

“Sanity” is the lead single off of Murphy’s forthcoming album Run Fast Sleep Naked, slated for an April 26 release. The live video serves as a promotion for the massive international tour supporting his new album, visiting three continents and headlining over 40 shows in 2019 alone.

Tickets for most of the North America, Europe and the UK will go on sale on March 15. Tickets for the Australian shows are available now via https://nickmurphy.com.
