This is the moment you have all been waiting for. Hot Chip has been off the road since last August, but they will hit UK and US venues this Spring/Summer on a 4-month-long trek.
The British band’s most recent album is 2015’s Why Make Sense, and there’s no word yet on whether the indie electronic band will have new music out this year. The tour kicks off on April 1st in Glasgow, UK and runs through an August 3rd show in Portlaw, Ireland.
Hot Chip will be playing the Spanish Vida Festival in Vilanova I La Geltrú on July 4th and the French Pointu Festival on July 5th. In addition to the Europe dates, they will stop over New York and California in the US, Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Hall on April 29th and L.A.’s El Rey Theatre on May 1st, respectively. The tickets for El Rey Theatre presale on February 26th at 9 AM (PST), and the tickets for Elsewhere Hall go on sale on March 1st at 9 AM (EST).
