Blues and indie rock great Chan Marshall has released a run of tour dates for 2019. Marshall, who is best recognized by her stage name Cat Power, will be headlining a series of shows in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and parts of Europe. Apart from that, she will also be opening several shows for British folk rockers, Mumford & Sons during their North American Tour.
According to Pitchfork, Cat Power will headline list of international shows in parts of Australia like Melbourne and Perth, as well as in Germany and Switzerland. Tickets for her shows can be purchased on her website. While she will still headline some shows in North America such as in Maine, Ohio, and Ontario, Canada, her North American appearances will primarily be in support of Mumford & Sons, whose tour tickets can be purchased here.
In October 2018, Cat Power released her tenth studio album Wanderer and began world tour to promote her first album in six years. Prior to that, she released a cover of Rihanna’s Stay in September 2018, and a single in August 2018 titled Woman, which features Lana Del Ray.
