Fiddle Heirs Featuring Ryan Young of Trampled by Turtles Release Instrumental Cover of “Oh Come Emmanuel”

Ryan Young of the band Trampled by Turtles has released a calming instrumental version of the classic Christmas song “Oh Come Emmanuel.” The track is a beautiful rendition of the well known song, with Young using his natural talent on the fiddle to embrace the Christmas spirit. The band Fiddle Heirs, which is helmed by Young, is an instrumental focused group that is made of a variety of artists from different bands.

When not working on Fiddle Heirs, Ryan Young is part of the band Trampled by Turtles; a folk rock band famous for songs such as “Wait so Long” and “Alone.” Their most recent album, Life is Good on the Open Road, was released earlier this year and gave fans the charismatic song “The Middle.” That track embraces the style of music that made the band popular, combining modern production with classic folk instruments. Overall, Life is Good on the Open Road, along with the band’s other albums, are stunning examples of modern folk music; drawing much from classic American music. Trampled by Turtles recently tweeted out Fiddle Heirs cover of “Oh Come Emmanuel” in support of Young, exposing the track to many of their fans.
