Country Thunder Saskatchewan Festival Announces 2019 Lineup Featuring Chris Stapleton, Tim McGraw and Dallas Smith

Calling all country fans! In a recent appearance on Entertainment Tonight Canada, Country legend Terri Clark announced the lineup for the upcoming Country Thunder Music Festival. The 2019 lineup will feature headline performances by Chris Stapleton, Tim McGraw, Jake Owen and Dallas Smith who is proving himself to be a superstar in Canada. The festival will take place the weekend of July 11th through the 14th in Craven, Saskatchewan. Don’t worry though, for those who find themselves nowhere near Craven will get the chance to experience Country Thunder when they travel to Florida, Arizona, Wisconsin and Alberta throughout the Summer. Scroll down for information regarding tickets.

The three-day weekend event will also see performances by Terri Clark, Travis Tritt, Steve Earle and the Dukes, Gord Bamford, Meghan Patrick, Lonestar, the Road Hammers, Hunter Brothers, Madeline Merlo, Jimmie Allen, the Reklaws, Shawn Austin, Jojo Mason, and Williams & Ree.

“Saskatchewan is home and this is the one we get most excited about,” says Country Thunder Music Festivals CEO, Troy Vollhoffer. “Chris Stapleton is the biggest artist in country music and fans here have been excited since we announced him at last year’s festival. The timing was right with both McGraw and Owen enjoying banner years, while Dallas Smith has grown into a superstar, first appearing in the Craven Valley in 2012. We couldn’t be more proud and excited of the line-up which has been put together for some of the greatest country music fans in the world.”

Stapleton, a five time Grammy Award winner, has never played the festival and his performance in Craven will be the Kentucky native’s only appearance in Western Canada. Smith will also make his headlining debut at Country Thunder. He is considered to be Canada’s most played country radio star ever.
