Ty Segall continues to show his love for making new music. The multi-instrumentalist has announced that he will be releasing his sixth studio album of 2018 with his band C.I.A, featuring his wife Denee Segall and the Cairo Gang’s Emmett Kelly. According to Pitchfork, the band’s self-titled debut album will be released in December via In The Red records. They also released their first single from the album titled “Pleasure Seeker” along with its video. Check out the album artwork, song, and its music video below.

Segall recently released his 55 cassette limited album Orange Rainbow. The album was released at Segall’s art show. Orange Rainbow shortly follows his all-covers album Fudge Sandwich released last week. Earlier this year, he also released an album with White Fence titled Joy and Freedom’s Goblin, with GØGGS, which mxdwn gave a High Fidelity rating and calling it “an incredible departure from mainstream music; and chances are there’s an enjoyable song on here for everyone” and continuing to say “this album will most likely land somewhere in your top three—its scale, production, and accessibility make it one of the best records of 2018 so far, whether or not you’ve even heard of Segall before.”
