British metal band, Godflesh, announced December tour dates, reported The PRP. The band has already played handful of North American dates this summer in support of their album Post Self, including this year’s Psycho Las Vegas. Check out their tour dates below.
Post Self, the band’s eighth studio release, came out late last year on frontman Justin Broadrick’s label, Avalanche Recordings. The album is a departure from the band’s usual metal music and features a more industrial sound. Post Self is the follow up to 2014s A World Lit Only by Fire.
Justin Broadrick (Napalm Death) and G.C. Green (Fall of Because) formed Godflesh in 1988 and have alternated between having a live drummer and using a drum machine. In 2002 they went on hiatus and regrouped in 2009 for a few live performances before announcing they had officially reunited. Broadrick (vocals, guitar and programming) and Green ( bass and programming) are currently the only permanent band members.
