Local H Unveils New Video for “Innocents” Featuring Academy-Award Nominated Actor Michael Shannon

As per a recent press release, Local H, the rock group hailing from Zion, Illinois, is back at it again with their new music video for the incredible track “Innocents,” which stars Academy Award Nominee Michael Shannon.

The video opens to a slow pluck of guitar chords while Shannon works on a motorcycle in a welding garage. His face, tense and distracted, shows a harsh struggle going on beneath the skin. With his cigarette lit, Shannon walks past the train tracks in what appears to be a foundry. Soon, he gets to a bar in which a whole of a Lynchian nightmare unfolds before his eyes.

This video was released in support of Local H’s upcoming Fall and Winter tour in order to celebrate their 20th anniversary of their album Pack Up The Cats. The aforementioned album was produced by Queen’s very own producer Roy Thomas Baker. Check out the dates below.

After graduating Hamilton High School with a focus in technical theatre, Jeremy ventured forth to Portland, Oregon so as to study at Lewis and Clark College. After bouncing around majors, he decided to focus on music composition and theory for the purpose of understanding why he loves what he loves. Aside from his major studies in composition, Jeremy also partook in sutdying Jazz Guitar, choir, and piano for the pure joy (and the requirements). Being able to write about what has become the main focus in his life only brings more joy to Jeremy as he is extrmely grateful to be a part of mxdwn!
