Mike Patton Releases “Dead Woman’s Secrets” from Soundtrack for Netflix and Stephen King Feature 1922

Stephen King’s, 1922, is up on Netflix this Friday. King’s novella has been adapted to full length film available on Netflix. Mike Patton expanded the score for the film and has recently released new song, “Dead Woman’s Secrets.”

King’s work is about a man who murders his wife and then becomes traumatized and he begins to believe that she is haunting him. With dissonant vocals and lullaby like melodies, the song is just as haunting.

Mike Patton is an American writer, actor, record producer, instrumentalist and film composer. He is best known as the lead singer for the alternative rock band, Faith No More. This release by Patton is a follow up to his critically acclaimed composition, The Place Beyond the Pines.
